Our emergency call-out service
When an air conditioning or cellar cooling system breaks down, you need it fixed. We offer emergency call-outs and breakdown repairs for homes and businesses across Hereford and Herefordshire.
Our emergency service runs during our working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. We do not offer out-of-hours cover.
Typical emergencies include a system that has stopped completely, a unit leaking water onto floors or stock, a cellar cooler that's failed before a busy weekend, or a server room or office overheating.
Breakdowns often involve refrigerant or electrical faults, which should only be handled by trained engineers. We are F-Gas and REFCOM registered.

Check the controller batteries and that the power supply hasn't tripped. If it still won't start, call us.

Switch the unit off and place a towel or container underneath. Usually a blocked drain or failed pump.

Often low refrigerant from a leak, a failed fan or a sensor fault. Don't keep running it at full power.
Cellar cooler failed
Keep the cellar door closed and call us during working hours.
