These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations and work provided by Wye Valley Air Conditioning, Hereford, Herefordshire.

Quotations

Surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Prices depend on the size (kW) of the unit and the materials needed. "From" prices shown on this website are a guide for split system supply and installation; your written quotation confirms the final price. VAT is included on domestic jobs.

Warranty and guarantee

Installations include a 3-year warranty covering all manufacturer's parts and a 1-year workmanship and materials guarantee. We recommend a yearly service for all systems.

Emergency call-outs

Emergency call-outs and breakdown repairs are available during our working hours only: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12pm.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, card payment, cash and cheque. Payment terms will be set out in your quotation.
