Air conditioning for Lydney and the Severn side
Lydney, the largest town on the southern edge of the Forest of Dean, is within our working area. We install, service and repair air conditioning in the town and nearby places such as Aylburton, Alvington, Bream, Whitecroft, Blakeney and Yorkley.
Lydney has a mix of newer housing, older town houses, shops on the High Street and business units around the harbour and industrial estates. We survey each property for free and recommend a system that fits.
Lydney has grown a lot in recent years, with many newer homes. These are well insulated, which keeps warmth in during winter but can also make upstairs rooms hot in summer.
The town's industrial estates and business parks have offices, warehouses and workshops. We fit commercial air conditioning for staff comfort and provide RAMS for every commercial job.
Lydney is the furthest part of the Forest from Hereford, but it's part of our regular area. We don't quote fixed response times, but we'll give you an honest idea of our availability when you call.

Local Challenges
Common air conditioning challenges in Lydney
Well-insulated new homes overheating
Modern homes hold heat well, so bedrooms can stay warm overnight in summer. A split system in the rooms you use most solves this.
Warehouses and workshops
Large units can get very warm on sunny days. We size systems to the space so staff stay comfortable.
Estate rules and outdoor space
Some newer estates have rules about what goes on the front of a house. We usually place outdoor units at the side or back.
Breakdowns in hot weather
Systems often fail when they're working hardest. We offer breakdown repairs during our working hours, and a yearly service helps prevent problems.
